Grey Matter is inspired to move the paradigm forward, enabling their clients to establish processes and hire talent fast. This spirit formed the basis of their logo. I chose shapes that will be timeless and hold good years to come

COLORS

The colors were also inspired by Grey Matter values - transformation and innovation are represented with a Vivid Cerise. Pale Gold represents intellect and optimism.

The Challenge

Grey Matter is an agency that helps businesses nearshore talent across technology, domain, and business processes. The challenge was to make a unique experience for the brand across web and identity design.

SECONDARY BRAND ELEMENT

The primary 'arrow' of the logo didn't seem to work well with the audience. A secondary, softer element was created for use in campaigns and creatives. This also ensured the logo and primary arrow aren't overused

IMAGES USED

We zeroed in on two types of images for Grey Matter to use in communications that signify high aspiration - future tech and sports. Both push the boundary of what it means to be human and aspire to reach newer heights..
